New Dental Patient Information – Sedona, AZ

Helping You Prepare For Your Initial Visit

If you are ready to make Village Dentistry your home for whole-body healthcare, we look forward to welcoming you to the family. Delivering high-quality, exceptional, holistic dentistry in Sedona, you won’t find another practice quite like ours. But before you call to schedule your initial appointment, Dr. Upton and our team want you to review the following information, as it is important to ensure that you have a successful and seamless visit. Review the details below and call us if you have any questions.

Your First Visit

When arriving, you will receive a quick tour of our office before being escorted to a treatment room. There, Dr. Upton and one of our dental assistants will come in to discuss any concerns you might have as well as your goals. Once we have a better understanding of what you desire, we will capture digital X-rays of your oral anatomy before completing a comprehensive dental exam. If at any point we discover problem areas that need to be addressed, we will go over the recommended treatment options so that you can make the right decision for the future of your smile.

Patient Forms

To make the check-in process as seamless as possible, our team at Village Dentistry asks that you fill out your new patient forms ahead of time. You can do this by clicking the link below, downloading the paperwork, and filling them out in the comfort of your home. Then, you just bring them with you to your appointment.

Dental Insurance

At Village Dentistry, we are pleased to be an insurance-friendly dental practice in Sedona that works with our patients to save on high out-of-pocket expenses. While we are in-network with Delta Dental Premier, you can count on us to go the extra mile to review your plan and help you get the most out of your available benefits. If you have any questions about the cost or how much you can expect to pay, our team will be happy to assist.

CareCredit Financing

Uninsured patients can avoid high expenses by choosing to enroll in an available plan through CareCredit. As a third-party financier that offers low-to-no-interest payment plans and no surprise fees, it is an easy way to keep costs low month after month. Because you can spread out your treatment costs over time instead of paying the entirety upfront, it helps you to remain well within your budget.
